Information you give us

If you complete a contact or enquiry form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, email address, program of interest and message you provide. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your visit or membership.

Information collected by embedded services

Some parts of this site are provided by third parties, and your interactions with them are covered by their own privacy policies:

• Class booking. Our free-trial and drop-in booking links open a booking widget hosted by PushPress. Any information you enter there is handled by PushPress on our behalf as our class-management provider.
• Class calendar. The Schedule page embeds our live PushPress calendar.
• Maps. The Contact page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find the academy. Google may collect data about that interaction.
• Fonts. Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Children’s information

Enquiries about our Kids Jiu Jitsu program are expected to come from a parent or legal guardian. Where a child’s details are needed for enrollment, we collect them from the parent or guardian and use them only for the administration of that child’s participation in our programs.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only as long as necessary to respond to you and, where you become a member, to administer your membership. Membership records are retained in line with our normal business and legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
